Absolutely fantastic service. Alison on reception desk was first class. Handled everything for us from phoning round to get a doctor for us really quickly to completing all the paperwork including handling all the insurance whilst keeping us fully informed every step of the way. Unbelievably good service. We had a very sick boy that ultimately needed hospitalisation. We visited first thing in the morning and got a very thorough treatment.  We had  premium travel insurance so there was no excess to pay - we needed to call back in the afternoon as our son was getting worse - Alison - on her lunch break - brought us in, called the Doctor who recommended the hospital for us.  I cannot thank them enough - they literally, allowed us in and treated us when they were closed! Really above and beyond in terms of service. They were going to organise an ambulance for us, but we had a car and thought it would be quicker to get there ourselves. Excellent service and support from Alison and Dr Robert when my daughter needed to be seen while on holiday. The appointment was made and confirmed quickly online and via email and Alison dealt with all the holiday insurance paperwork before we even arrived. When we got there they put us all, including my 9 year old, at ease. Went here with a sore throat and got help right away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She helped me with all the insurance and other paperwork, and told me where to find a pharmacy. After a short time I got help from the doctor, waited a maximum of 10 minutes. The doctor was very helpful and I quickly got the help I needed. Can't recommend this clinic enough, anyone in palmanova who needs a doctor should go here! Unfortunately I was ill on holiday, I was lucky to go into this doctors where I was greater by Alison who was super friendly and couldn't be more helpful. I was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes,  I would definitely highly recommend.. all in all a fabulous service. Thank you
